MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

In order to make a tattoo appointment, I need to know what you have in mind! Just fill out this form, and I will reply as quick as possible.

Please note a few things:

• Draft: You will get the draft for your tattoo right before the appointment.
• Prepayment: You will have to pay 100 Euros beforehand. This can be done via Paypal.
• Refund: The prepayment can only be refunded in form of a voucher.
• Cancelling: If you have to cancel the appointment, please do so at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise I will need to keep the prepayment.
